THIS WORKSHOP IS NOW FULL. THANK YOU.
SEATS STILL AVAILABLE AT THE ARTIST TALK.
Grief is the result of loss and it can manifest in many ways. For some, it can be debilitating, affecting us with physical pain and ailments. For others, it can be expressed with a multitude of emotions such as sadness, anger, resentment, or indifference. And for others still, a quietly consuming heartache or underlying void with no outward expression at all. This therapeutic intervention will give participants an opportunity to reflect on grief and loss as a result of breast cancer using the arts to transform a personal article of clothing/piece of fabric into a creative offering. No previous artistic experience is required. Art materials will be supplied.

Location: Recess Community Space, 401 Richmond Street West, Suite 354
